Snow Removal
Our contract requires snow removal only after snow accumulation exceeds 3 inches. To have the contractor come out for smaller accumulations is cost prohibitive and would likely result in a separate assessment for each owner at the end of the season. I'm sure you would agree that this would not be ideal. For smaller accumulations, owners and residents are requested to clear their own driveways and stoops.

Please clean up after your pet.
Association Meetings
The annual meeting of the Cinnamon Ridge Homeowners Association is tentatively scheduled for December 4th, 2026.
Towne Properties will send out meeting notices and proxies to all owners not later than 30 days prior to the meeting .
