Snow Removal
Our contract requires snow removal only after snow accumulation exceeds 3 inches. To have the contractor come out for smaller accumulations is cost prohibitive and would likely result in a separate assessment for each owner at the end of the season. I'm sure you would agree that this would not be ideal. For smaller accumulations, owners and residents are requested to clear their own driveways and stoops.
